Always infuse herbal, spice and vegetable tea blends with boiling water and leave to infuse for at least 6-8 minutes! This is the only way to obtain a safe food product.

Pour a heaped teaspoon of tea into a cup or tea glass, carefully pour boiling water over it and leave to infuse for at least 8-10 minutes! (We recommend not exceeding a daily dose of 5 cups)
